1. “ That the Company be wound up voluntarily”

2.”That Gagen Dulari Sharma and Rosalind Hilton be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such a winding up”.

3. That the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.
