Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that each of:

1. John Megrue;

2. Jason Wright;

3. Mitch Truwit;

4. Richard Zhang; and

5. William Gumina,

have transferred their entire interest in Apax Europe VI Founder L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5339 (the “Partnership”) to Apax Europe VI GP Co. Limited.

As a result each of, John Megrue, Jason Wright, Mitch Truwit, Richard Zhang and William Gumina have ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
