Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 29 January 2016 each of Robert Easton and by RBC Trustees (CI) Limited as trustee of The Three Oceans Trust, limited partners in Amadeus II ‘A’ (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP006913, transferred part of their interest in the Partnership to LCP VIII Holdings, L.P.
