Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 September 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27 November 2015, Bibiana Fernandez Arevalo and Tamer Alamad as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of Yara Alamad Fernandez who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Yara Alamad Arevalo and assumed the name of Yara Alamad Fernandez.
