NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 19 January 2016:

1. Tamares Capital Corporation Limited transferred part of its interest in the Partnership (represented by a capital contribution of £42.80) to Adveq Europe VI L.P.; and

2. Tamares Capital Corporation Limited transferred part of its interest in the Partnership (represented by a capital contribution of £18.34) to Cresta L.P.; and

3. The Zabludowicz Trust transferred part of its interest in the Partnership (represented by a capital contribution of £25) to GPEP II L.P.; and

4. The Zabludowicz Trust transferred part of its interest in the Partnership (represented by a capital contribution of £25) to VKD Invest SICAV - SIF S.C.A. - PE Global B.

Consequently, Adveq Europe VI L.P., Cresta L.P., GPEP II L.P. and VKD Invest SICAV - SIF S.C.A. -PE Global B were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership, and Tamares Capital Corporation Limited and The Zabludowicz Trust ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
