Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 September 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 November 2015 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Bernice Oritseshola Iwetan who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Bernice Oritseshola Ogunfeitimi and assumed the name of Bernice Oritseshola Iwetan.
