Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2015, each of (i) SFT Asset Plays LLC (2008); (ii) John G. Searle Charitable Trusts Partnership and (iii) Frances C. Searle Charitable Trusts Partnership (each a “Former Limited Partner”) transferred its entire limited partnership interest in TA XI NX AIV L.P., being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015436 (the “Partnership”), to Permal Catamount Holdings LLC, and on that date Permal Catamount Holdings LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and each Former Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
