Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a final meeting of the Company’s creditors under Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should be given their release.
