Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 11 December 2015, inter alia, Neil Robert Adair (referred to below as ‘NRA’) and/or Wilfred Vaughan Jones (referred to below as ‘WVJ’) were removed from office as Administrator, Liquidator and/or Trustee (as the case may be) of the estates listed in the Schedules A-E below with immediate effect, and replaced either solely or jointly by Melanie Reevel Giles (referred to below as ‘MRG’) in the case of each such estate as the case may be named in the said Schedules A-E as the proposed replacement with immediate effect. In the case in Schedule D (Geotech Construction Limited (in administration)) where Wilfred Vaughan Jones is removed as joint administrator, the remaining Officer Holder, Neil Robert Adair shall be the sole nominated administrator under the terms of the administration. The Court also ordered Liberty to each creditor of each estate to apply to vary or discharge this order within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice in The Gazette.
