On 8 January 2016, it is proposed that the above company will enter liquidation.

We, Peter Robert Towers of 3 Sketchley Hall Gardens, Burbage, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3JP and Gary Peter Towers of 34 Primrose Drive, Burbage, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 2SL, will both be designated members of the above named company on the day it enters liquidation.

We give notice that we intend to act in one of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above named company under the following name: Mycott LLP
