In a summary application presented on 28 October 2015 at Dundee Sheriff Court in terms of section 6(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Innovation & Skills in respect of Katrina Margaret Henderson, Holekettle Cottage, Kingskettle, Cupar, Fife KY15 7TY, on 8 December 2015, Sheriff Drummond disqualified Katrina Margaret Henderson, without leave of the Court, from being a director of a company, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a period of three years and six months, commencing from 29 December 2015. All of which intimation is hereby given.
