“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R Ballinger, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD, (IP No. 11510) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
