Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Malcolm John Dearden and Christopher Brian Gerald Doherty carrying on business as solicitors under the style or firm name of Robson & Co at 147 High Street, Hythe, Kent CT21 5JN will be dissolved as from the close of business on the 18th December 2015.

From 19th December 2015 the business of the former partnership will be conducted by Henwood Twenty Two Limited trading under the style Robson & Co Solicitors which will continue to carry on the business as a company limited by shares and incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company registration number 09642284 and which is authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority ID Number 624268 and the registered office is at 147 High Street, Hythe, Kent CT21 5JN.

All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Henwood Twenty Two Limited trading as Robson & Co Solicitors which will continue to carry on the business as a limited liability company under the style or firm name of Robson & Co.
