Mr Anthony Etheridge of 16 Cambria Close, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 8BW, gives notice to all former creditors of Sidcup Double Glazing Ltd (Formerly Known as A & E Glazing Limited) (Company Number: 07048309) that he was a Director of and involved in the management of Sidcup Double Glazing Ltd (Formerly Known as A & E Glazing Limited) (Company Number: 07048309) during the 12 months ending with the day it went into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that he intends to act in one of more of the ways to which Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with or for the purpose of carrying on the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name A&E Glazing Ltd (Company Number: 09691579.)
