On 6th May 2015 the above company went into Administration.

We, Missy Flynn of 4b Manse Road, London N16 7QD, Gabriel Pryce of 80 Cheshire Street, London E2 6EH, and Dean Joannides of 175 Mare Street, London E8 3RH were directors of the insolvent company at the date it went into Administration.

Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name Night Elm Limited t/a Rita’s Bar & Dining.
