TRANSFER OF APPOINTMENTS BETWEEN OFFICE HOLDERS
BETWEEN SANDRA MARSHALL AND PHILIP STEPHEN WALLACE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Newcastle upon Tyne District Registry dated 15 December 2015 (“the Order”) it was ordered that:
1. Sandra Marshall be removed as office holder and replaced by the appointment of Mr Philip Stephen Wallace as office-holder in respect of all the cases listed below:

2. Any creditor who objects to the transfer of an insolvency appointment as provided by the Order must apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the order within twenty eight days of the date of this advert. However such application shall not affect the transfer of the insolvency appointments by the Order.
3. The costs of the application are to be paid, in equal shares as far as is possible, from each of the cases referred above.
