Pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that BBTPS FP GP Limited has transferred its entire limited partner interest in BBTPS FP LP, a Scottish limited partnership with registered number SL6256 (the “Partnership”), to each of Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings and Ruby Investments (Guernsey) Limited. As a result, each of Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings and Ruby Investments (Guernsey) Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
