Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 16 December 2015 KORYS NV was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership as a result of a merger between HIM DRIE NV and KORYS NV, KORYS NV received the whole of the interest held by it in the Partnership represented by a Capital Contribution of £209, and HIM DRIE NV ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
