NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 198) STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION ORDER 2015

The above order was made on 8 December 2015. The effect of the order will be to divert the entire width of that part of Public Footpath No 198 commencing at Ordnance Survey grid reference 555824E, 186446N (shown at point A on the order map) and proceeding in a north westerly direction for approximately 92 metres to Ordnance Survey grid reference 555812E, 186562N (shown at point C on the order map) to a new line commencing at Ordnance Survey grid reference 555824E, 186446N (shown at point A on the order map) and proceeding in a north easterly direction for approximately 87 meters to Ordnance Survey grid reference 555841E, 186555N (shown at point B on the order map).

A copy of the order and the order map may be obtained or may be seen free of charge at the Public Advice and Service Centre, Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford RM1 3RL, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday).

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Director of Legal and Governance at London Borough of Having, Town Hall Main Road, Main Road, Romford, Essex RM1 3BD quoting reference AOD-HAV003648 not later than 11 January 2016. Please state the grounds on which it is made. Please note that any correspondence cannot be treated as confidential and may be inspected by any interested party.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Havering may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
