Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, NOTICE is hereby given that, on 23 November 2015, Francesco Santinon transferred all of his interest in GCP III GP LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £10, to the general partner, GCP III GP Limited, and then, subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
