Notice of Disclaimer of Bona Vacantia

WHEREAS THE NEW SHIMLA LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC302797 was dissolved on 8 May 2009; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said The New Shimla Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between Manmeet Singh and Herjinder Malhi, of the one part, and the said The New Shimla Limited, of the other part, dated 18 August and 29 September 2006 and registered in the Land Register of Scotland on 25 October 2006, of ALL and WHOLE the restaurant premises known as and forming 61 High Street, Dumbarton being the subjects registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number DMB36947; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said The New Shimla Limited came to my notice on 25 September 2015: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
