At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB on 20 November 2015 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that C A Beighton and P D Masters, both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, (IP Nos. 9556 and 8262) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
