Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to the Order of District Judge Morgan in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, dated 3rd November 2015:

1. That in relation to the insolvent administrations listed below Anthony Alan Josephs (IP No: 4179) of RMT Accountants & Business Advisors Ltd, Gosforth Park Avenue Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8EG, be removed as Office Holder of each of the listed insolvent appointments and that Emily Louise Thompson (IP No: 17830) of RMT Accountants & Business Advisors Ltd, Gosforth Park Avenue Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8EG be appointed in his place to act as Joint Office Holder together with Linda Ann Farish.

2. The effective date of the removal and appointment in respect of the insolvent administrations in the Schedule will be 31 December 2015. In respect of any joint appointment affected by the Order the Insolvency Practitioners may act jointly or solely in respect of each of the insolvent administrations.

3. Any creditor (or member in the case of members’ voluntary liquidations) who objects to the transfer of an insolvency appointment as provided for by the Order shall have a period of twenty eight days from the date of this advert to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. However, such application shall not affect the transfer of the insolvency appointments by this Order until further or other order by the court.
