NOTICE is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 September 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 October 2015, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Henry Lee Williams Davies who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Henry Lee Davies and assumed the name of Henry Lee Williams Davies.
