1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose waiting restrictions operative at any time on the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. A further effect of the scheme would be to remove the existing free advisory footway parking places situated on the lengths of Prospect Place specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

4. A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Council’s Public Advice and Service Centre (PASC), accessed via the Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford, RM1 3RL.

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposals or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Group Manager, Traffic & Parking Control, StreetCare, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, Essex, RM1 3BB, quoting reference LBH/829 to arrive by 11 December 2015.

SCHEDULE

Collier Row Lane, the north-east side, between a point 15 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Prospect Place and a point 6 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Prospect Place.

Prospect Place

(a) the south-west to north-east arm

(i) the north-west side, between the north-eastern kerb-line of Collier Row Lane and the south-western kerb-line of the north-west to south-east arm of Prospect Place;

(ii) the south-east side

(a) between the north-eastern kerb-line of Collier Row Lane and a point 10 metres north-east of that kerb-line;

(b) between the south-western kerb-line of the north-west to south-east arm of Prospect Place and a point 6.5 metres south-west of that kerb-line;

(b) the north-west to south-east arm, the south-west side between its north-western extremity and its south-eastern extremity.
