A meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Liquidators under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) for the purpose of forming a creditors' committee, or in the alternative, to fix the basis of the Liquidators' remuneration and disbursements.

Resolutions to be considered at the meeting

1. The Joint Liquidators shall be authorised to draw their remuneration based upon their time costs by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidators and their staff, in attending to matters arising in the liquidation at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP standard hourly rates, at the rates prevailing at the time the work is done.

2. The Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw 'Category 2' disbursements out of the assets as an expense of the Winding Up, at the rates prevailing when the cost is incurred.

A proxy form is available and must be lodged with me not later than 12:00 PM on 26 November 2015 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
