Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, a notice was given by Sackville TSP Property (GP) Limited, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AG (the “General Partner”) that the limited partnership known as “Threadneedle UK Opportunities Property II LP” (LP7057) (the “Partnership”) was dissolved and the General Partner will cease to be the general partner of The Threadneedle Tandem Property Fund. The notice stated that the Partnership was dissolved on 15 August 2015, however this date is incorrect and the Partnership was in fact dissolved on 25 September 2015.
