Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 85 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the following resolutions were passed by the members of the above-named Company on 29 October 2015:

Special Resolution

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily”.

Ordinary Resolution

2. “That Malcolm Edward Fergusson of Fergusson & Co Ltd, Shackleton House, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton on Tees TS18 3TS be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.

“It was resolved that Malcolm Edward Fergusson of Fergusson & Co Ltd, Shackleton House, Falcon Court, Preston Farm, Stockton on Tees TS18 3TS be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up”.
