Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 August 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 September 2015, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Joshua James Nicholas Staley-Lomas who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Joshua James Nicholas Staley and assumed the name of Joshua James Nicholas Staley-Lomas.
