Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, Swan House, 9 Queens Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HE on 15 December 2015 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to consider the following resolution:

1. That the Liquidator be granted his release.
