Pursuant to section 10 Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2015, Linda Brankin of the firm Accure Fort 1 LP carrying on the business of investment at 47 Park Lane, London W1K 1PR transferred 100% of their interest (represented by a capital contribution of £625) to Stuart Brankin. Accordingly, Linda Brankin ceased to be a Limited Partner of Accrue Fort 1 LP on 29 September 2015 and Stuart Brankin became a Limited Partner on the same date.
