Trilantic Capital Partners IV (Europe) L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the “Act”), that on 1 October 2015 Nickel 1994 “B” Trust (“Nickel 1994”) transferred all of the interest held by it in Trilantic Capital Partners IV (Europe) L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered under the Act with Registered Number LP011888, to Nickel Alternatives, LLC. (“Nickel Alternatives”). Nickel Alternatives has been admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership. Nickel 1994 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
