Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 29 September 2015, Macquarie Corporate GP (UK) Limited (formerly known as UK NPD Investments LP Limited) (company number 09648758) ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership upon the appointment of Macquarie Septa (Guernsey), LLP (Guernsey limited liability partnership registration number 44) as general partner of the Partnership. On the same date, ASF Altair, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership and all the partners entered into an amended and restated limited partnership agreement regulating their respective rights and obligations in the Partnership.
