Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that at 11:00 am on Wednesday 18 November 2015 a final meeting of creditors will be held. The meeting will be held at the offices of Capital Books(UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1PS.

The meeting is held for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidator explaining the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted, how the company’s property has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation that the Liquidator gives.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting:-

1. That the Liquidator’s report on the administration of the winding up and his receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be granted his release from office pursuant to Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A proxy form must be lodged with the Liquidator at Capital Books (UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1PS no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding working day of the meeting.
