A first and final dividend is intended to be declared in the matter of Leslies of Luton Limited - In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, whose registered office is The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 8AN and whose principal trading address was 89-93 Park Street, Luton, Bedfordshire LU1 3HG. Creditors are invited to prove their debts. All creditors who do not prove their debt by 5 November 2015 will be excluded from the dividend. Claims should be sent to the under-mentioned Liquidator at the address shown below.

It is intended to declare that dividend within two months from the above date.
