Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) that a general meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at Rowlands Restructuring & Insolvency, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees, TS15 9AE on 30 November 2015 at 3.30 pm for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding up pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release pursuant to Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Proofs and proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with Rowlands Restructuring & Insolvency, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees, TS15 9AE no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
