Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on 2 September 2015 by Mr Colin Buchanan for the restoration to the Register of Companies of Dawson & Downie Limited having its registered office latterly at C/O Proclad International Ltd., Faraday Road, Southfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 2RU (registered number SC009514), pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 8 September 2015 the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy, within eight days after publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
