NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a A Final General Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company has been summoned for the purpose of receiving an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under Article 148 of the Order.

Final General Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, BT9 6BS on Wednesday 21 October 2015 at 11.00 am.

A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.

Proxies must be lodged at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, BT9 6BS not later than 12.00 noon on 20th October 2015.
