At a general meeting of the above company held at Jones Giles & Clay, 246 Peverell Park Road, Plymouth, PL3 4QG on 15 September 2015 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that W Vaughan Jones and Susan Clay, both of Jones Giles & Clay Limited, 11 Coopers Yard, Curran Road, Cardiff CF10 5NB, (IP Nos 6769 and 9191), be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up and that any act carried out by either one of them in connection with the liquidation be deemed to be carried out by both.” The appointment of W Vaughan Jones and Susan Clay of Jones Giles & Clay Limited, 11 Coopers Yard, Curran Road, Cardiff CF10 5NB as joint liquidators was ratified by a meeting of creditors of Tomato Bar Limited held at 10.30 am on 15 September 2015.
