Special Resolution

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

2. That Christopher Wood and Andrew John Waudby of BHP Clough Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire BD19 3QB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 27 August 2015 the appointment of Christopher Wood and Andrew John Waudby of BHP Clough Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire BD19 3QB as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.

Christopher Wood (IP number 9571) and Andrew John Waudby (IP number 14390) both of BHP Clough Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire BD19 3QB were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 27 August 2015.
