Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of the above named Company will be held at 3rd Floor, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton WV1 4EG on 13 November 2015 at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A resolution considering the Liquidator’s release from office will be proposed at the final meeting of members as detailed in the final report.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Muras Baker Jones, 3rd Floor, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
