“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Steven Martin Stokes and Gerald Clifford Smith, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B3 2HB, (IP Nos 10330 and 6335) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
