In accordance with Rule 4.106 Simon Rowe of Milsted Langdon LLP, One Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6NP, gives notice that he was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 16 July 2015.

Creditors of the Company are required to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned Simon Rowe of Milsted Langdon LLP, One Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6NP, the Liquidator of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 137 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors has been summoned for the purpose of agreeing the basis of the liquidator’s remuneration and appointing a Creditors’ Committee at 11:00 am on 15 September 2015 at Milsted Langdon LLP, One Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6NP. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me by 12 noon on the business day before the meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting you must give to me, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting, details in writing of your claim.
