NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, as required by Rule 2.35(4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named is to take place. The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) to consider the Administrator’s statement of proposals the approval of the pre-Administration costs and to consider establishing a creditors’ committee. If no creditors’ committee is formed at this meeting resolutions may be taken to fix the basis of the Administrator’s remuneration and to authorise the Administrator to draw cateogry 2 disbursements.

The meeting will be held at Honiley Court Hotel, Meer End Road, Honiley, Warwickshire, CV8 1NP on Friday 14 August 2015 at 10.30 am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting under Rule 2.38 you must also give to me, not later than 12.00 hours on the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, details in writing of your claim.
