THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES) (W3) AMENDMENT (NO. **) TRAFFIC ORDER 2015
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton proposes to make the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Merton (Parking Places) (M1 and M2) amendment (No. **) Traffic Order 2015 would be to remove a length of permit parking place in Burnham Road outside Nos. 11 and 13 to facilitate the introduction of a disabled person’s parking place.
3. The general effect of the Merton (Parking Places) (W3) amendment (No. **) Traffic order 2015 would be to remove a length of permit parking place in King’s Road, outside No. 92 to facilitate the introduction of a disabled person’s parking place.
4. A copy of the proposed Orders, and of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and a plan which indicates each length of road to which the Orders relate can be inspected at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
5. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, and the grounds thereof if an objection, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, quoting reference BM/DPP1, no later than the 21st August, 2015.
