Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 30 June 2015, Rose Nominees Limited Account 20434 transferred to Rose Nominees Limited, 100% of its interest held by it in Patron Capital, L.P. II (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP9581 and with effect from 30 June 2015, Rose Nominees Limited Account 20434 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership
