At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Holiday Inn, Castle Marina Park, Nottingham, NG7 1GX on 13 July 2015 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard A B Saville, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 6 Castlebridge Office Village, Castle Marina Road, Nottingham, NG7 1TN and Steven John Currie, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Barn, Caverswall Park, Caverswall Lane, Stoke on Trent, ST3 6HP, (IP Nos 007829 and 009675) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of Liquidator from time to time.”
