On the 1st December 1992 CRS Old Limited (formerly SPRING RAM CORPORATION LTD) acquired 100% of the shares of the above company for £1.60 per share. With majority acceptance, the offer was declared unconditional in all respects. Any shareholders who did not accept the offer made then and who have yet to claim the proceeds of the share acquisition have until 14 August 2015 to contact the liquidators of CRS Old Limited (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4JP or on 0113 289 4254). After this date the proceeds will be paid into court.

Shareholders must present a valid share certificate or other evidence of their shareholding.
