Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final meetings of the members and creditors of C1059 Realisations Limited will be held at the offices of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN on 09 September 2015 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively. The meetings are called for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meting and hitherto unlodged proofs must be returned to the offices of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings, in order to be entitled to vote at the meeting.
