Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 April 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 June 2015 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Taimour Qamar Khan Warraich who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Taimour Qamar Khan and assumed the name of Taimour Qamar Khan Warraich.
